Tracie has been very pleasant and collaborative to work with. She is very patient in understanding my needs and helped me to adjust some of my proposed plans, as some of my initial ideas are not helpful or misestimate some of the carpentry requirements. While I proposed many of the ideas that made it into the renovation concept, she has been a good advisor, drawing on diverse knowledge on various renovation domains. During the selection of the tiles (the most important step in setting the colour theme), Tracie has been helpful in offering her feedback and suggestions, which helped me shortlist and then select the tile choice. During the renovation progress, Tracie has been patient and flexible as the plans and design changed right up to the fabrication stages. When we encounter work issues / defects, Tracie immediately made arrangements to rectify and resolve the problems. Also many thanks to the tilers who take care of the kitchen waste pipe which was in a troublesome location, and also to the carpenters who help to troubleshoot issues on installing the pull down wardrobe rod. The entire renovation progress was very smooth and completed ahead of schedule. The carpentry and installed fittings are very well-done. The carpentry feels very solid and sturdy, and no issues were found with other fittings (toilet, kitchen, etc...). That being said, renovation is very much a collaborative effort, and we homeowners ought to do some of the legwork as well. Many thanks to Tracie for changing my 2rm unit into a cozy living space. Recommend? Yes of course.

We engaged Lucas from Darwin as our ID for our kitchen renovation recently. Generally he managed our kitchen renovation well. He is experienced and proactive to highlight potential issues with our original plan, saving us from future headaches.
