Joe from Interior Diary was great to work with. He managed to balance the look I wanted with my budget really well, which was something I cared a lot about. He also went above and beyond during the whole process. He was often onsite to make sure everything was done as planned, and that gave me a lot of reassurance. He kept me updated consistently and asked for my opinion whenever needed, so I never felt left out of the process. I also really appreciated his design sense — from the carpentry, lighting, doors, and choice of materials, everything came together beautifully and made the space feel exactly how I had hoped it would feel. Really appreciate his effort and support throughout. Would definitely recommend him.

Engaging Interior Diary was our right decision. The moment I stepped into their office and warmly greeted by Aaron Gan, Interior Designer, I knew I went to the right place. Aaron presented himself well, displayed great listening skills, took notes of my special mentions. When he spotted my unsure moments, he stepped in to provide suggestions and recommendations. Responsive, patient, responsible and clarity demonstrated throughout the process. He accompanied us to visit the bathroom accessories and lighting shops, helping us with our selection to make sure we select the right products, not just nice to have but the practicalities aspects. Not just that, he managed the delivery and accountable for the quality and quantity received. Our renovation was completed within time line. Schedules were shared and updated periodically on the group chat. Knowing Aaron is on top of things, it really gave us a peace of mind, the entire process was almost stress free. We’re really glad we engaged Huimin as our ID for our home renovation. Overall the experience has been very smooth and pleasant. From the start, we were very clear about our budget, and she was very respectful of it. She didn’t try to push us to spend more or suggest unnecessary things just to increase the cost. Instead, she always tried to work within our budget and give practical suggestions, which we really appreciated. Another thing we like about her is her taste and design sense. For many things in the house, like the tiles, lighting and some design details, we actually trusted her to choose for us because we felt her taste is good. The final outcome turned out really nice and cohesive, and the house feels comfortable and well put together. We also had a timeline to move in, and she really tried her best to coordinate everything and make sure the renovation could be completed in time for us to move in. Anyone who has done renovation will know delays are very common, so we really appreciate the effort she put in to manage the schedule. Another thing we appreciate is that she is very responsive and responsible. Whenever we have any questions or small issues, we just let her know and she will help us arrange the contractors to come down and check quite quickly. She doesn’t ignore the issues or delay things. What we also like is that she is quite honest and practical. She won’t anyhow ask us to add more things or do unnecessary work. If something is not needed, she will just tell us honestly. Overall we are very happy with the renovation and the whole process working with her. Thank you for helping us create a home that we really enjoy living in.

Working with Linda was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. She’s incredibly easy to talk to and very approachable, it honestly felt like working with an older sister where we could tell her anything, share ideas freely, and she would always be understanding and supportive. What impressed us most was how collaborative she was. Even though she’s the expert, Linda never forced her design decisions on us. She really listened to what we wanted and was very receptive to our ideas. At the same time, she knew exactly when to step in with thoughtful recommendations and design input that made a big difference to the final result. The home turned out even better than we expected. Linda created a beautiful, cozy space with soft curved elements and a clean minimalist vibe that makes the house feel warm, calm, and very comfortable to live in. More importantly, she helped us create a beautiful dream home for my wife, our child, and our family a space that truly feels special to us. She also did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish. Everything was well coordinated and she kept things running smoothly throughout the entire renovation process, which made the experience much less stressful for us. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out. I would definitely recommend Linda to anyone looking for an interior designer who is talented, thoughtful, collaborative, and genuinely great to work with.
