After going through more than 6 interior designer consultations, we were honestly quite discouraged because none of them could properly solve the biggest challenge in our home: our long living room layout. We wanted a setup where we could comfortably watch TV from both the living and dining areas without compromising the openness of the space. The moment we met Alex, he immediately understood our concerns and proposed a solution during the very first meeting. By the second meeting, he even prepared a detailed 3D mockup which helped us visualise everything clearly and gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. What really stood out about Alex was that he genuinely cares about the homeowners he works with. He takes the time to listen carefully, understand your lifestyle needs, and incorporate your preferences instead of pushing a fixed design style onto you. At the same time, he is also highly skilled technically and is able to produce the 3D renders himself, which gave us even more assurance because we knew the ideas he proposed were realistic and executable, not just nice concepts on paper. Throughout the renovation journey, Alex proved to be an excellent problem solver who gives practical yet creative advice. Despite being very experienced, he remained collaborative and always accommodated our requests and ideas. Because of the trust we built with him, we were also open to trying some of his creative suggestions, and they turned out fantastic. He even threw in some freebies while experimenting with certain design elements like lighting styles, which we really appreciated. Alex also has a very keen eye for spatial planning. Our home now feels open, functional, and sophisticated at the same time, which was exactly what we hoped for. In terms of improvement, perhaps there could be slightly more attention to detail from some contractors during rectifications, although I feel that was not entirely on him and I may also be quite particular myself. Overall, I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to renovate their home. You can genuinely trust that you’re in good hands with him.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ian from Juz Interior. From the very beginning, he was able to quickly understand the style and concept we wanted, even with the limited inspiration photos we provided. His design advice was thoughtful and practical, and he demonstrated a strong sense of aesthetics throughout the project. What impressed us most was Ian’s responsiveness and dedication. He was always prompt in replying to our questions and updates, regardless of the time of day, even when he was overseas. Throughout the renovation process, from tiling works to carpentry installation, he consistently kept us informed with timely updates, which we greatly appreciated. Even when he was unavailable, he made arrangements for his colleague to assist, which gave us great peace of mind. The workmanship delivered by his team was of good quality, and we are very happy with the final outcome of our home. After months of planning and renovation, we finally moved into our new home and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome We were aiming for a warm minimalist concept that feels cosy, clean and comfortable for everyday living, and the final result turned out exactly as we wanted. The curved ceiling and wall design with warm cove lighting became one of our favourite features, as it gives the living room such a soft and relaxing ambience, especially at night. We also appreciate how the carpentry was thoughtfully customised to maximise storage while still keeping the overall space bright and uncluttered. The little details, especially the display cabinet lighting and clean finishing, added a very cosy and premium touch to the home. Throughout the renovation journey, our ID was patient, responsive and helpful in guiding us through the entire design and renovation process. Communication was smooth and any rectifications were handled promptly as well. I started my renovation journey through the HomeMatch reno platform, where I was introduced to a list of ID firms and designers. Over a few weekends, I visited multiple showrooms to get to know each of them better and, more importantly, to see if we could “click.” Some designs didn’t match the vibe I was going for, and with others, I just didn’t feel the right chemistry. At times, I also felt that some IDs were more focused on cutting costs to secure the project. For me, this is my first home, and I believe in investing a little more in better quality materials rather than saving upfront and potentially paying more later. That mindset made it even more important to find someone I could truly trust. I’m so glad I found Jenn from Juz Interior. Throughout this 2.5-month renovation journey, I placed a lot of trust in her—I rarely went down for site visits, partly because I wouldn’t have known what to check anyway. Jenn handled everything with professionalism and care, working with subcontractors she personally trusts, which gave me great peace of mind. I’m also very satisfied with the overall workmanship and project management throughout the process. Today, I have a beautiful home that I genuinely love every part of. Beyond the renovation itself, Jenn also shared valuable ideas for my furniture selection, and she was always prompt and responsive whenever I had questions. Also, apologies for posting this review a little late—it's been close to 6 months since I moved in. I’m happy to share that all my renovation and installation works—from electrical to doors, lighting, fans, and bathroom fittings—are well-aligned and remain in excellent condition. I’ve hosted a few gatherings, and my colleagues and friends have all commented on how nicely renovated my home is. It really reassures me that my money was well spent. We met Xin Hao from JuzInterior during a Qanvast Hangout event. He later showed us a coloured 3D layout and we really loved his design for our ocean / blue-themed house! The 3D layout helped us visualise the design and how it matches our BTO’s existing vinyl floor and door. The reno process was quite fast as the contractors were able to do the work even during the Christmas / New Year period. Xin Hao was also really patient and helpful throughout the process! Really grateful that he helped us redo the bedroom headboard (to match our higher bed), install a water filter tap, meet up to mark our bathroom fitting locations and even patch up minor defects after the handover!
