I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms Gwen Gan from Key Concept, for the amazing work she has done for our home. From the very beginning, she was attentive, patient, and truly understood the vision we had in mind. Gwen is not only creative and detail-oriented, but also technically gifted and always very polite in her communication, which made working with her a truly pleasant experience. Her creativity, attention to detail, and professionalism made the entire renovation process smooth and stress-free. Gwen was always responsive, responsible, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was completed beautifully and on time. Even when there were a few hiccups along the way, Gwen handled them professionally and efficiently. She was very prompt in her follow-ups and rectification works, making sure every issue was properly addressed and resolved. Her commitment and dedication gave us great peace of mind throughout the process. The final outcome exceeded our expectations — our house now feels warm, stylish, and truly like home. We met with seven different IDs before deciding to engage Key Concept for our renovation. Weihao and Shimin were assigned to us, and we’re really glad they were. Our BTO layout is quite different from others, so there were many considerations to balance functionality, timeline, budget, and aesthetics. I remember during our first meeting, when we shared our ideas, Weihao was very honest in advising what could or could not be done due to HDB regulations. We really appreciated his transparency. Shimin, on the other hand, is a quick thinker, and together they make a great team. They were always proactive in offering suggestions and reassuring us whenever we had doubts. We admit we’re not the easiest homeowners. We can be quite indecisive, and we made multiple changes throughout the journey. Despite that, they remained incredibly patient and supportive. Of course, there were a few hiccups during the renovation, but we understand that these things can happen especially given our very tight timeline to move in. Even though the renovation wasn’t fully completed when we moved in, they continued to follow up and arrange for the remaining works to be done. We would also like to compliment their electrical team. They were extremely professional and efficient. Now that our home is complete, we truly love how everything has come together so beautifully.

My husband and I met with about six different IDs before finally deciding on Sabrina from Key Concept, and we can confidently say it was the best decision we made for our home renovation. From the very beginning, Sabrina was able to visualise our ideas clearly and showed a very good understanding of how to balance budget, aesthetics, and practicality. Throughout the renovation journey, I made quite a number of changes, but she remained patient, responsive, and always reassuring. She made sure that whatever I wanted was considered carefully and adjusted accordingly, while still keeping the overall concept consistent. I can be quite indecisive, especially when it came to choosing tiles, but Sabrina went the extra mile by arranging another meetup just to bring me to more tile shops so I could explore more options. Even when we were buying our own furniture, she would still give her honest and professional opinion to ensure everything matched the concept of the house. There were a few hiccups along the way, which is normal during renovation, but she handled every situation very smoothly and efficiently. She is easy to liaise with, very approachable, and someone who genuinely listens. I tend to get anxious and stressed easily when things don’t go according to plan, but she was always the best person to consult because she stays calm and gives practical solutions. My personal takeaway from this whole renovation experience is that finding the right ID is more than just choosing a reputable company. It’s also about finding someone you can work well with, someone who understands your vision, and someone who can actually bring that vision to life. My husband and I are truly grateful that our first home was done by Sabrina from Key Concept. We couldn’t have asked for a better ID, and we highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth and pleasant renovation journey.

I truly loved working with my ID, Shi Min. She was absolutely wonderful and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my ideas and brought them to life beautifully, while also contributing her own creative touches to ensure the design complemented our daily lifestyle. She even took the initiative to research the specific design style I wanted, which helped me greatly in refining my vision. Beyond that, she guided us in selecting our furniture and chose wonderful paint colours that tied everything together perfectly. After speaking to several interior designers, I found Key Concept’s pricing to be among the most reasonable and transparent. It gave us great confidence in our decision. Had the pleasure of working with Zavier from Key Concepts for the renovation of our 25-year old resale flat. We purchased the flat from the first owner, and had to undertake quite extensive renovation works, given the age of the flat. Throughout the entire process, Zavier was attentive to our requirements, and did his best to accommodate our requests. Being first-time homeowners, many decisions had to be made. Zavier was patient in explaining how our decisions would affect the overall design and function of the home. I also appreciated his advice in the selection of furniture and accessories - he made sure that the pieces of furniture we chose balanced form with function, ensuring that the design and look of the entire home remained consistent. On multiple occasions, Zavier also went with us for our furniture selection, which gave us peace of mind. When the painters came to touch-up on the paint work towards the end of the renovation, we realised that the paint colours were slightly different (probably due to oxidisation of paint), even though the same colour of paint was used. Without hesitation, Zavier arranged for a group of painters to repaint the whole house, ensuring that the colour was uniform throughout. Highly recommend Zavier, if you're looking for someone who will do his best to understand your needs and lifestyle, before designing your home!
