The renovation journey has its ups and downs and is never perfect. Victor and Vincent from Le Interior Affairs (LIA) always treated us with kindness. We were always offered quality options and alternatives. Contractors LIA engaged are 10/10 - from electricals to tiling to carpentry. No quality is ever compromised. Significant delays happened due to combination of tile supplier (big reputable supplier) shipping wrong tiles twice and contractor availability being constrained as a result of how in-demand they are. At one point, we were faced with a pretty big challenge as one room did not turn out how we would have liked it. Our ID Victor prioritized our needs and made pretty huge rectifications at his own expense just to ensure we will be comfortable in our forever homes. Bottom line - do be mentally prepared for possible delays. If you choose LIA, even if without any renovation experience, rest assured you are in very good hands. LIA and Richelle were recommended by a friend whose unit was also designed by her. We had a very positive experience working with LIA Interior Design. Richelle was our interior designer, supported by Vincent, who provided valuable resources and expertise throughout the project. Richelle is a responsible and creative designer who adapted well to our requests and requirements. She was patient and accommodating, and always ready to offer helpful advice whenever needed. We appreciated her willingness to listen and work closely with us to achieve what we had in mind. The pricing was clear and transparent from the start, with no hidden costs, and there was no hard-selling at any point. Richelle was also very helpful in coordinating with other vendors (such as Ziptrack and Taobao deliveries). She even liaised with her own contractor to assist with the installation of a Taobao-purchased lamp. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring, and we are very happy with the outcome of our project.

We recently concluded our renovation journey with Kaylee & Richelle, and we couldn’t be happier or more thankful for the entire experience. We had a wonderful experience working with my ID Polly and Alan D, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional interior designer. From the start, they showed a very positive attitude and were always patient, approachable, and willing to listen to my ideas and concerns. Their design was professional, practical, and well thought out, and the overall service provided throughout the renovation process was excellent. Communication and coordination were tight, and the project timeline was well managed, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I was especially impressed with their post-renovation touch-up services(validated through the continued support 6 months after the renovation), as they ensured everything was properly completed and rectified promptly. We decided to signed the second reno contract with them for our parents house and it turned out to be another satisfied one too! I have also recommended them to several friends and colleagues, and all of them are very satisfied with their design and work quality. Definitely a trustworthy and capable team!

We spoke with a few IDs from different platforms before we landed on Le Interior Affairs. After looking through their portfolios and content, my husband had an idea in mind for our home and Le Interior Attairs managed to capture it. The entire process from drafting to renders and shopping for items were great as Darryl and Kaylee were there with us every step of the way. Even during renovation phase when some parts were different from what we envisioned, they stepped up to the game.
