The workmanship and finishing were of excellent quality, and the completed kitchen exceeded my expectations. Beyond the renovation itself, Elaine also provided valuable advice on how to better organise and optimise the space, which has made daily use of the kitchen even more enjoyable and efficient. Edwin Kwan was an exceptional ID, being very responsive, helpful, and upfront with exactly what he can do for us and how much we had to pay. There were no hidden fees or false promises. He went the extra mile to help us with our concerns and made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire journey. We engaged Ms Joel Chan from The Interior Lab to renovate our BTO, focusing on our kitchen, foyer, master bedroom, living room cabinetry, and two bathrooms. We are very satisfied with the entire process and the results. From the very beginning, Joel was incredibly responsive and helpful. What we appreciated most was the practical and feasible advice given—there was no upselling of unnecessary features, just honest recommendations that suited our lifestyle and budget. The real standout moment, however, was when we were overseas during the critical renovation work phase. Joel took complete charge of the project management, giving us total peace of mind. We recently completed our home renovation, and we had a great experience working with our ID, Penny. My wife and I have different opinions where she values practicality while I value aesthetics. Penny has the ability to balance aesthetics with everyday practicality. From the start, she took the time to truly understand our preferences, and when she showed us the first 3D rendering, I was already very impressed, and I couldn’t wait to see the final result. Although there were some minor hiccups during the renovation, the issues were solved effectively and it did not really affect our timeline. We are also very pleased with the final design of our house and it reflects our taste accurately. Beyond her creativity, what made us choose to work with her is that she is also incredibly technical. Any questions or doubts we had throughout the process were met with clear, detailed explanations and drawings that gave us confidence in the decisions we made. Her professionalism made the entire journey seamless, with just very minor issues that can be solved immediately. It was truly a great experience from the start to finish and we couldn't be happier with our new home!

We are thrilled with our new home thanks to Dao Jie (DJ) Chiang from The Interior Lab. From start to finish, the experience was good. We did a total revamp to our 3 bedroom apartment and DJ understood our vision for a modern, cozy home and provided practical solutions, while still incorporating our personal requests. DJ is very responsive to our queries, regardless of big or small issues. The workmanship is also up to standard. Sure there were hiccups along the way, but DJ was quick in rectifying the minor issues. There were no hidden costs and DJ provided great transparency in terms of prices. We did not end up paying anything more than we agreed upon. Even after moving in, DJ has been responsive to follow-ups, ensuring everything is okay. We highly recommend DJ for his ability to deliver a dream home.
